Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Session bookings

When you book a session through our calendar, your slot is held for you once you receive a confirmation by phone or email. Payment terms are communicated at the time of confirmation and may vary by session type.

2. Cancelling a session

You may cancel a booked session free of charge if you let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less notice may not be eligible for a refund, since the slot could not be offered to another client.

• 24+ hours before the session — full refund or free reschedule
• Less than 24 hours before the session — non-refundable, but we'll try to help you reschedule where possible
• No-shows without any notice — not eligible for a refund

3. Rescheduling

Life happens, and we understand plans change. You can reschedule a session to a new date and time at no extra cost, as long as you let us know before the original session begins. We'll do our best to find a slot that works for you.

4. Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at booking. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellations by us

On the rare occasion that a session needs to be cancelled from our end — due to illness, an emergency, or any other unavoidable reason — you will always be offered a full refund or a free rescheduled session, whichever you prefer.

6. Packages & multi-session plans

If you've purchased a package of multiple sessions, unused sessions can be refunded on a pro-rata basis, calculated from the point of cancellation. Sessions already completed are not eligible for refund.

7. Questions about a charge

If something doesn't look right on your bill, or a refund hasn't arrived within the expected window, please reach out directly — we're happy to look into it and sort it out.
