A few common questions
How long before I notice a difference?
Most people feel a small shift — steadier breath, a bit more calm — within the first few sessions. Like any practice, consistency over days and weeks builds the effect further.
Can I combine more than one mudra in a day?
Yes. A common approach is Gyan Mudra in the morning for focus and Apan Mudra in the evening to unwind. Start with one at a time while you're learning.
Is this a substitute for therapy or coaching?
No — mudras are a simple complementary practice, not a replacement for one-on-one support. They pair well with the coaching sessions, but if you're working through something deeper, that's exactly what our sessions are for.
What if my hand or fingers hurt?
Ease off immediately. The touch should be light, never forced. If discomfort continues, skip that mudra and mention it in your next session.
